2. Property Subscriptions & Payment Terms
All land and property prices are subject to formal confirmation via a Letter of Offer. Payment installments must adhere to agreed schedules. Outright payment discounts or installment plans are bound by individual contract agreements.
3. Physical Allocation
Physical allocation of plots occurs upon full payment completion of the purchase price and associated ancillary fees (documentation, survey, and development fees).
